If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original packaging within 30 days and we will gladly exchange it or refund you for the price of the item/items. Items that smell perfume or smoke will be subject to 50% re-stocking fee.

International Orders: Deliver Duty Unpaid. The receiver/customer/buyer is responsible for settling all charges in order for customs to release the shipment and have it delivered. Customer/buyer is responsible for all tariffs, VAT charges, customs fees, brokerage fees, import fees etc. relating to any international orders.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will either exchange it or issue a refund depending on what you have selected. Please allow 4 to 5 days to process returns and refunds. Refund will be issued for the returned item/items.

To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a trackable method of shipping such as USPS (post office) where you receive a tracking number that can be used to track the delivery.

Envy Corner has the right to cancel/decline orders for an AVS mismatch, CVV mismatch, suspicious transactions or shipping/billing different addresses.

Privacy

Envycorner.com respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone. In Addition no one will be able to tell what's in the package. Your order will arrive in a standard envelope, plastic bag, brown box, priority mail box or UPS box.

Change orders

You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been shipped. Please e-mail us to change your order as soon as possible after you had placed your order. We cannot guarantee the changes will be made because your package may have been already processed. Please always double check your order before your click on the submit button.

Cancel orders

You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not already been processed or shipped. Please e-mail us as soon as possible to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, packed and/or shipped, the cancellation will be considered as product return. Thus, any shipping charges are not refundable. You will receive a credit back to your account within approximately 3 - 5 business days. Please note: We cannot accept any cancellation on orders during Halloween season, due to high volume of business during the month of October we may not receive the cancellation in time. Please review your order carefully before you submit it to avoid any disputes.
