Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original packaging within 30 days, return shipping paid by buyer and we will gladly exchange it or refund you for the price of the merchandise. All items MUST be unworn, unwashed and with their original tags and returned within 30 days. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Envy Corner is not responsible for following returned packages. Please keep the tracking number of your package in case needed to track it.
For your safety and the safety of others, Envycorner.com strictly complies with all Health Code regulations. All sales of opened hosiery, body stockings, teddies, panties, wigs, underwear, and swimwear, are FINAL, and returns will not be accepted. Items that smell perfume or smoke will also not be returned.
Customer is responsible for all tariffs, VAT charges, customs fees, brokerage fees, etc. relating to any international orders.
International orders are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
Halloween Return & Exchange policy
Halloween costumes ordered before October 15 must be returned within 12 calendar days of invoice date for a full refund or exchange. (Return shipping paid by buyer and original shipping and handling fees are non refundable)
Halloween costumes ordered after October 14 and before October 22 are only eligible for exchanges. In the event the exchange is not available, you will be issued a store credit for the amount of the item.
Halloween costumes ordered after October 21 are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Halloween costumes returned to Envycorner.com for orders placed after October 21 will be refused and returned to sender.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will either exchange it or issue a refund depending on what you have selected on your return form. Please allow 1-2 weeks processing time.
Shipping charges are non refundable and you are responsible for shipping fees on returns/exchanges.
Envy Corner is not responsible for following returned packages. Please keep the tracking number of your package in case needed.
Before returning the package back to us within 30 days for any reason, please request a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) via email. Please mark the RMA number outside the package. Any package without an RMA number or without authorization will be refused. Returns or exchanges within 30 days only.
To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a track-able method of shipping such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS where you receive a shipping slip (tracking number) that can be used to track the delivery. Envy Corner is not responsible for following returned packages.
Customers must contact Envycorner.com within 2 -3 days when the shipment tracking information shows the package has been delivered.
Security is our number one priority. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology.
Envycorner.com respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone. In Addition no one will be able to tell what's in the package. Your order will arrive in a standard envelope, plastic bag, brown box, priority mail box or UPS box.
You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been shipped. Please e-mail or call us to change your order as soon as possible after you had placed your order. We cannot guarantee the changes will be made because your package may have been already processed. Please always double check your order before your click on the submit button.
You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not already been processed or shipped. Please e-mail us as soon as possible to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, packed and/or shipped, the cancellation will be considered as product return. Thus, any shipping charges are not refundable. You will receive a credit back to your account within approximately 5 business days. Please note: We cannot accept any cancellation on orders during Halloween season, due to high volume of business during the month of October we may not receive the cancellation in time. Please review your order carefully before you submit it to avoid any disputes.
